Our Story
Each of The Doughoe Sourdough loaves go through a 24-36 hour cold fermentation process. This means that it takes almost 48 hours from start to finish before it’s ready to bake! We do this to make sure that you get all the “good” stuff out of your sourdough. It is then steam-baked in a Dutch Oven, and each one temperature checked to ensure it is baked to perfection. This is an artisan bread, made by one person, and every one may look different or be shaped different, but we can assure you they all have the same great taste!
